David N. Alvarez & his team serves in residential sales, apartment & rental home property management, and actively invests. He became licensed in, November of 2004, and started his career at age 18 as the youngest Realtor in his first real estate company. Since then, he’s been on an amazing adventure of helping many family and friends with their real estate goals; lead and mentored a team of seven agents; and managed a real estate office of about 50 new & seasoned agents.
David, later founded Nissi Agents in, March of 2012, and Nissi Properties (property management) in, September 2015, a private real estate company based out of Southern California, to better serve his past, present, and future clientele. He understood that to deliver great service he would have to do what 90% of other real estate companies and their agents do not do. So David decided to implement early in his career the following 5 practices:

start to closing; guide you with the best possible recommendations to help you save more money; and keep the transaction moving forward as
smooth as possible.
5.) Master Organizer – With help of his team, organize the small and big details of the sale or purchase of your property from start to
closing, communicate effectively with you through the process, and keep it simple.
With David’s track record to obtain the absolute best possible results in any market condition, he keeps it simple, “My goal is for every
client to experience peace during the transaction, because I understand for many this process can be overwhelming with all the details,” says David.
