• How did you acquire your mortgage skills/knowledge? Through hard work, extensive training, dedication and so many different mentors on the business that have paved the way for me. So I take what they’ve thought me share with you and I promise that I will educate your throughout the entire process.

• How did you come to join Elite One Mortgage/SNW Investments? As a real estate profession, the most important person you need on your team is your lender. After shopping lenders for many years, for the last five years, Maria Looney was my last stop. She is extremely knowledge, professional and has always been good to my clients. In 2011, the opportunity became available to join her company. The decision to live my current office was very easy and I jumped at the opportunity to join Elite One Mortgage/SNW Investments.

• What do you like about working in Real Estate? I want to give buyers and sellers a better alternative to buying and selling real estate. I’m truly enjoy working with 1st Time Home Buyer’s! Holding their hand every step of the way and finally after they find the home of their dreams, it’s such a rewarding feeling to hand them their keys at the close of escrow.

• What do you enjoy about working with this office? It’s the best home away from home! Everyone is truly professional, but we know how to have fun at the same time. Great Atmosphere, Friendly and Professional Environment.

• What is a typical day like for you? No two days are alike…however I strive to meet all of my deadlines, follow-up with client’s, process the appropriate paperwork needed for my files, farming and generating marketing leads.

• What are your personal strengths? I’m a people-person; I have excellent follow-up skills and negotiating skills. What distinguishes your service? I’m very patient with my clients and I always reassure them that their purchase or the sale of their home is “all about them” and I want to make sure they are extremely happy when the deal is done.
